Tipitina’s at 501 Napoleon Avenue in New Orleans puts on Foundation Free Fridays each summer.Since 1977, Tipitina’s has been the local music hotspot. Doors open at 9 pm and the shows start at 10 pm. Enjoy the music every Friday from now until September 2. Some of the upcoming acts are Johnny Sketch & the Dirty Notes plus Water Seed, Big Sam’s Funky Nation plus The Crooked Vines.
