LISA LANATA

Lisa developed her interest in real estate when she purchased her first house at the age of 22. She then sold and bought another house 10 years later which she renovated. Then 9 years later after getting married, Lisa and her then husband did a true trading places show by switching houses with a neighbor who bought her existing house and she bought their house and then knocked that house down and built a brand new house. In between that time, she purchased a condo and two other houses in Mississippi which she also had to rebuild due to Hurricane Katrina. She has lived in the Metro New Orleans area for over 30 years and is originally from St. Charles Parish.

Lisa has always been interested in real estate and renovating or building houses and decided to take her personal experiences in real estate and turn it into a real estate career. She has a strong knowledge of the Metro New Orleans housing market where she specializes in residential real estate and investment properties. She has represented buyers, sellers, investors, renters, first-time buyers, military personnel, rural development area clients, and seasoned clients. She approaches all her transactions with integrity and firmly believes in a professional yet hands-on, personal approach, keeping her clients up to date and informed every step of the way and paying close attention to all their needs in all aspects of a real estate transaction.

A native of  Louisiana and the Metro New Orleans area, Lisa is single. She has a beautiful daughter and step-daughter. Lisa also has her own freelance court reporting business. She stays active with her parade/marching/dance group the Disco Amigos and does bicycling with Team Zea on long-distance bike rides including the annual MS 150 mile and Diabetes bike rides, as well as attending local civic and social events. She loves being a native New Orleanian and meeting new people/friends in this great and unique, cultural city that she has called home her whole life.
