The new trend is a tiny home. Those individuals want to travel and have extra money for fun and mobility. The homeowner does not feel tied to their home since utility bills are lower, less upkeep, less maintenance of the home, and not stuck with bad neighbors.
There are some cons of living in a tiny house. When living in a tiny space, you are limited to space to move about as freely. There may be some bathroom issues such as toilet flushing, or a functiioning shower. Some other problems to consider in a small home would be entertaining friends and family, equity in your home, and being a part of a community/neighborhood.
